All Sales Are Final

Merchandise is only eligible for credit if defective or damaged upon delivery. You must contact us within 3 business day after receiving your order, please expect that we will request a photo of defective or damaged products in order to file a claim with USPS. We may also ask you to return the damaged or defective item to us. We will not be responsible or reimburse for any shipping costs. 

We do not refund monies or make exchanges if a fragrance is not to your liking or if you feel the fragrance is not strong enough. Please remember that cure time is a real thing, if your wax does not smell strong enough upon delivery give it some more time to cure.  If you are unsure of a particular scent, please order a sample size first before purchasing a larger quantity. If you have a damaged product, please contact us immediately via the website.

 

Summer Heat & Shipping

Here at DeAnna Furr Artistry we do everything we can to ensure that your wax goodies arrive to you perfectly in the hot summer months. USPS will not reimburse for melted candles or wax melts with that in mind, please understand that DeAnna Furr Artistry will not be held liable for melted products. Please know that you are ordering at your own risk but that we do everything we can to wrap and package your goodies to withstand the warmer temps. 

It is also a good idea to make sure someone is home to receive your order to avoid sitting outside for an extended time. 

 

By law we are required to say that we make no claims and sell these products as Curios. Products in my store are NOT to be internally digested, and that includes the herbs. By purchasing these products you are stating that you are at least 18 years of age. This product is not meant to replace medical treatment or intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any type of disease. There are no refunds or exchanges permitted, no exceptions. By purchasing these products you are agreeing to these terms.
